Fundraising Audits and Plans
An outside, objective review of an organization’s overall fundraising program can help you identify outdated strategies, unrealized opportunities or areas that need fine-tuning.
ASA Consulting fundraising audits and plans are completed in collaboration with a client’s key administrative and fundraising staff. A plan or audit is often conducted in three phases:
- reviewing fundraising materials, budgets and staffing structure
- interviewing key staff and board members integral to the organization’s fundraising efforts
- presenting the client with a written report that outlines ASA Consulting’s recommendations on how the fundraising operation might be expanded and strengthened
